212medya Growth Check Terms of Use

These terms apply to 212medya Growth Check (the "app"), an app for ChatGPT provided by 212 Medya Dijital Pazarlama Ajansı ("212medya", "we"). By using the app you agree to these terms. Your use of ChatGPT itself is governed by OpenAI's terms.

1. What the app does

The app analyzes the public version of a web page you choose and reports on technical SEO, mobile performance, lead-conversion elements, trust signals, tracking tags, language versions and readiness for AI search. It can also send a contact request to 212medya when you ask it to and confirm the details.

2. Free service

The app is provided free of charge. Sending an expert review request does not create any obligation for you or for us; any paid work would require a separate written agreement.

3. Acceptable use

• Check websites you own or manage, or public sites you are evaluating for legitimate business reasons (for example competitors or suppliers).
• Do not use the app to overload websites, to try to access non-public pages, or to get around rate limits.
• Only submit contact details that are your own or that you are authorized to share.

We may limit or block use that breaks these rules or harms other users or websites.

4. Results are guidance, not guarantees

Results are generated automatically from the page's HTML, robots.txt, sitemap and, where available, Google PageSpeed Insights at the time of the check. Content loaded later by JavaScript, pages behind a login, and CDN or firewall settings may not be visible to the checker. Scores are indicators, not guarantees of search rankings, AI visibility, traffic or sales. Check important findings before you change your website.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or retire features, and checks may fail when a website is slow, unreachable or blocks automated access.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and 212medya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use or from decisions based on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Privacy

How the app handles data is described in the app privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply where relevant.
